  • How often should you take nitric pure

    When you’re using supplements, an important consideration to consider is how often to use them. Generally this varies depending on the supplement but today were going to look at how often you should use nitric pure.

    Nitric pure is used for several reasons; it increases your blood flow which in turn increases your maximum strength and endurance. So obviously you are going to want to take it roughly one hour before your workouts.

    So, what about on your rest days? Well nitric pure also gives your muscles that ‘pump’ feeling. There are also studies to show that is helps recovery rates and is also good for the digestive system due to some of the natural cleansing agents that are used in it. For this reason, you should take nitric pure on your days off as well as your workout days. It certainly won’t do you any harm and if indeed the studies are true, then your recovery rates should be much better when taking it.

    Once a day is enough though, and I don’t recommend taking it more than this, mainly because it’s a waste. By just taking it once a day you can make your supplies last quite a long time.

    The same principle applies for things like creatine. However, the opinions on this vary, some people say you should take it on your off days, others say that it’s a complete waste of time. Tracking your progress is important for this reason because you can use trial and error to come up with your own conclusions and see what works best for you.
